I'm Hith, a certified hypnotherapist with a background in psychology and criminology. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space and a practical, compassionate approach to transformation.

So much of what we do is guided by patterns, many of them running quietly beneath our awareness. These patterns shape how we think, feel, and respond, often without us knowing.

Through hypnotherapy and gentle regression work, we access the subconscious, the place where these patterns live, and begin to release old patterns so new responses become possible.
